Our lovely neighborhood consists of the Belhaven and Regency at Belhaven subdivisions, and is conveniently located in the City of Peachtree Corners, Georgia. Built from 1994 through 1995, our neighborhood of roughly 260 homes boasts fabulous amenities including lighted streets and sidewalks, a pool, lighted tennis courts, playground, well-maintained landscaping and a homeowners association with enforced covenants.

 

We are located off Medlock Bridge Road in Gwinnett County in the City of Peachtree Corners, which includes upscale shopping like the Forum on Peachtree Parkway, is less than 1 mile of the new Town Center and outstanding public and private schools, retail shops, and restaurants.  We are within close driving distance to major highways, charming downtown Historic Norcross, several parks and shopping.
